This Data & AI Usage Disclosure explains how **Company Name** (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies within the ProcureScore platform (“Platform”).
ProcureScore is designed to improve procurement decision-making through structured evaluation, vendor scoring, and analytics. This document clarifies how data is processed and whether artificial intelligence systems are used.

- To enable procurement comparisons and evaluations.
- To display vendor profiles and submitted information.
- To generate platform analytics and aggregated insights.
